TILLY

Hello. My name is Oliver Lewis, aged 3. This is my first web page, and it is dedicated to my singing toothbrush.

Click here or on the button on my toothbrush below to hear him in Real Audio.

I have provided the words below so that you may sing along.

"Sing, sing, sing along, sing along with glee, brush, brush, brush your teeth each day and be a friend to me."

Stop Press! I accidentally put my singing toothbrush in the bath and he stopped singing. My daddy told me that it was my own fault and that he would probably never sing again. Daddy placed him in a glass to dry out. Then in the middle of the night he started singing over and over again. I heard Daddy shout, "It's that bloody toothbush." And he threw him out of the window. I don't think the neighbours were too pleased though!

Late addition from Oliver now aged five. There seems to be some poor copies on the market now. They sing a very silly song and they don't even have ears or bowties. Listen brushy brushy!

"I'm your friend Brushy Brushy,
helping to make your teeth shiny and bright.
   Please brush with me everyday,
   morning, noon and night."

You're a Pink Toothbrush [Real Audio] Max Bygraves. Sorry - link suspended.

This is an extract from Daddy's shopping catalogue [The Army & Navy Stores Catalogue 1907]. When I grow up, I will have toothbrushes like this.
